What the Learning Centre for Georgina Means to Me...

The Learning Centre for Georgina has given me the opportunity to expand my social skills by interaction with other people who have similar goals. Meeting new faces and sharing ideas has also helped me to increase my self-esteem.

The Centre is providing me with a no charge opportunity to upgrade the education I did not finish in high school. I feel as though I have been given a second chance at life. The quality of help, warmth and understanding has enabled me to refocus my goals and brought new life into an old one. Thanks to the Learning Centre for Georgina I can, at forty years old, have a chance at a college level education and can work towards a new career.

The new friends I have made has added some much needed beauty and a sense of purpose and fulfillment. For me the Centre means the opportunity to regain and reaffirm formerly lost dreams and the chance to explore the true potential all of us as human beings possess. In short, I would like to say that this fine caring, well-assembled group of people provides opportunity, opportunity, opportunity. Go for it!
